Federal Election
Looks like the federal election is imminent.
The Prime Minister is desperate to get to the polls and has cancelled the Govenor Generals Trip to China (as if one snub to China this month was not enough)
Not sure what the PM fears most - the US election leaving him without George Bush
or if he fears the fallout from the Tory money shuffling scheme.
If the election is called next week, I'm really looking forward to the leader debates. I had the opportunity to witness Stephane Dion in action last week in Toronto (for candidates Rob Oliphant and Andrew Lang) and he was great. Dion has been so underestimated by negative ad campaign by the conservatives that he's going to impress a lot of voters during the election.
Now I'm going to sign up for the Liberal Victory Fund
